Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,115/annum + uncapped commission
Hours: 38 hrs/week, Thursday to Monday
Location: Curry's Wednesbury, Midlands West WS10
Smollan have secured an exciting new partnership with Hisense - one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer electronics brands - and we’re building a confident in-store sales team to represent them across major retailers.
This isn’t about standing quietly behind a display. It’s about stepping forward, starting conversations and helping customers feel confident in what they’re buying.
As an Retail Sales Promoter / Brand Ambassador, you’ll work within the consumer electronics department, demonstrating products, answering questions and guiding customers to the right choice. Some days you might focus on home entertainment, other days you could be supporting across different categories. If you enjoy variety and talking tech, you’ll fit right in.
What You Will Be Doing
- Starting conversations - not waiting for them
- Demonstrating products in a way that makes customers say “wow”
- Helping customers compare options and make informed decisions
- Hitting sales targets and earning bonus
- Building strong relationships with store colleagues
- Supporting launches, promotions and in-store activity
- Providing simple, accurate reporting

What We Are Looking For
- Retail Sales experience
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology
- Comfortable delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment
- A competitive edge - you like hitting targets
- Adaptable and comfortable moving across consumer electronics categories
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
