The Role: Customer Support Advisor (Primark Team)

Are you avid online shopper with a passion for fashion and all things retail? Concentrix is seeking motivated individuals to join our Primark team in a hybrid Customer Support Advisor role.

Key Details

  • ** pay**: Hourly rate of £12.25
  • Location: Hybrid – 2 days in office at 49 E Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR, 3 days remote
  • Contract: Full-time permanent (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts between 8am and 12pm (Monday to Sunday)

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, your role includes:

  • Addressing general customer inquiries via social media and email, covering:
    • Missing orders
    • Payment concerns
    • Product availability issues
    • Requests for order modifications or cancellations
  • Maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in communications
  • Ensuring a positively user experience for Primark customers

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

✅ Excellent English & Polish verbal/written communication skills ✅ Minimum 6 months customer service experience (mandatory) ✅ Social media or content moderation experience (desired)

Work Schedule & Tech Needs

  • Flexible availability: Must be available between 8am and 12pm (Midnight) Monday to Sunday
  • Home workstation requirements:
    • Minimum 10Mbps broadband speed
    • Private, distraction-free environment
