We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Inbound Lead Manager to play a pivotal role in converting marketing-generated demand into qualified commercial opportunities.

The role is remote but ideally we would like candidates based within an hour of Leicester or Northampton for initial training and meetings.

This is a critical revenue enablement role, acting as the bridge between marketing activity and partner-led business development. The position has been created to establish a scalable, repeatable lead management process that improves conversion rates, enhances client experience, and maximises return on marketing investment.

The Inbound Lead Manager will take ownership of all inbound enquiries generated through channels including PPC, SEO, website enquiries, and other digital marketing activity, ensuring every opportunity is responded to promptly, qualified consistently, and progressed effectively.

This role will reduce reliance on individual partners for early-stage lead handling, improve pipeline visibility, and help create a more predictable and scalable revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification

Take ownership of all inbound marketing-generated enquiries across digital and direct channels. Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally within agreed service levels. Qualify all inbound leads against agreed criteria to determine suitability and commercial potential. Categorise leads appropriately as Qualified, Nurture, or Disqualified. Book qualified meetings for partners and fee earners, ensuring effective handover and briefing. Manage structured follow-up processes to maximise conversion opportunities. Re-engage dormant leads where appropriate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
