Eco Systems Group supplies and fits a range of improvements to both domestic and commercial properties to the highest standard. Combined, we have over 100 years of experience in the property improvement industry from insulation to windows, solar panels to heat pumps.

We are committed to providing excellence to clients and candidates alike, without exception and we are seeking an experienced sales specialist to grow a new business area within a well-established sales and service team.

In this role, you will take the lead in the B2C sales process, selling air source heat pumps to homeowners via both government grant and private sale processes. You will have a keen eye to identify solid sales opportunities, understand how to maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities and have the capability to present yourself to the market as a subject matter expert and fill customers with confidence and putting them at ease throughout an ethical sales process.

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must

  • Have a proven sales track record; ideally in a B2C environment selling high value products and services
  • Possess strong attention to detail capability
  • Demonstrate resilience and patience as some processes can be complex and challenging
  • Have good numeracy skills
  • Possess the ability to work towards fair but achievable KPI
  • Be flexible to fit into a fast paced and highly knowledgeable team environment
  • Be a good developer of people and possess strong leadership capability
