Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Belfast office

Salary: £29,750 OTE (base £26,239 + bonus) and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

As part of our Home Energy team, you'll work on a range of different campaigns to help domestic energy customers switch to and stay with SSE Airtricity.

We’re focused on being an outstanding place to work, which enables our staff to deliver great service to our customers, who are our top priority. Due to continued growth, we're currently recruiting for enthusiastic Inbound Advisors to join our Home Energy team. Our contact centre is open from 08:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday, so there's no weekend work at all!

Our blended model of working from home with limited in-office time provides our colleagues with the flexibility and support to succeed in and enjoy this role. You'll be in a vibrant working atmosphere with friendly colleagues and caring, helpful leadership to support you in your development.

Additionally, our modern office in Belfast city centre is close to shops, restaurants, and a major public transport hub.

You will

  • Answer service only inbound customer calls
  • Help customers through the energy switching process and help to retain existing customers
  • Meet KPI objectives which include switching and retentions as well as other operational targets such as system input and reporting
  • Support SSE Airtricity's ambition to provide customers with a warm, friendly and supportive experience that meets all regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures
  • Understand our competitors pricing and activity, share market and competitor learnings with your team so that we are constantly learning and improving the experience for our customers
