Telecommunications Advisor – Belfast (Onsite)

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting existing customers during contract renewals Understanding customer needs through conversation and active listening Recommending suitable products and services to enhance the customer experience Handling inbound and outbound calls using leads generated by service teams Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

Pay & Rewards
Salary: £26,520 per annum Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus (average £500–£1,000 per month) Location: Maysfield Office, Belfast BT1 3NR (Centrally located near Lanyon Place Station)
