The Company
ER Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing organisation with an excellent reputation for customer service and employee development. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an Inbound Sales Executive to join their successful Birmingham team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards the right solution.

- Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Build rapport and understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
- Convert enquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Follow up quotations and warm opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
About You As The Inbound Sales Executive
- Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, account management, or telesales.
- A professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
