About Us

We're a fast-growing UK marketing agency helping tradespeople — roofers, driveway and patio installers, landscapers, and tree surgeons — get consistent, high-quality leads through done-for-you Meta advertising, video ad creative, and automated follow-up systems. We generate hundreds of inbound leads a week. Our bottleneck isn't demand — it's having someone dedicated to picking up the phone and closing. That's this role.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for warm, inbound leads who've already filled out a form asking for more information. There's no cold calling and no prospecting — every call you make is to someone who's already shown interest. Your job is to qualify them, explain how our service works, handle objections, and close.

What You'll Do

  • Call every qualified lead the same day (9am–5pm UK time)
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
  • Confidently present Premilead's service and pricing
  • Handle objections and close the sale
  • Take the £50 non-refundable deposit and book the client into an onboarding slot (same day or next day)
  • Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Hand off closed clients smoothly to our onboarding team

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, natural communicator — comfortable on the phone all day
  • Previous experience in inbound sales, telesales, or a closing role (agency or B2B service sales a plus, but not essential)
  • Target-driven and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in earning through commission
  • Organised — comfortable keeping a CRM up to date and managing a daily call list
  • Based in the UK, available full-time during UK business hours

Compensation

  • Base salary: £26,000/year
  • Commission: 10% of the client's first month value on every deal closed (excludes one-off setup fee)
  • Commission is uncapped — the more you close, the more you earn, with no ceiling
  • Given our current lead volume, a strong performer closing consistently has a clear path to £45,000+ total earnings in year one
