Sales Closer – Inside Success TV
Inside Success TV is a TV production company, streaming platform, and marketing agency—all under one roof. We create cinematic documentary films for entrepreneurs and business leaders, then transform each one into a complete suite of marketing assets they can leverage across their brand to build trust, authority, and revenue.
As a sales closer, you'll consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can:

Expected Earnings (No B.S.)
- Commission only – 10% of revenue collected
- Low end: $5k–$6k/month
- Mid-range: $10k–$20k/month
- Top performers: $20k–$30k/month
- Most reps work 5–8 hours/day
- Top reps also build a recurring book of business—some earn $10k–$15k/month from their existing clients after about a year.
- Heavy investment in training, but not everyone succeeds—roughly 50% of reps leave within 30 days. The 50% who last past 30 days do exceptionally well.
The Role
- Ethical, consultative selling—NO sleazy, high-pressure tactics.
- All calls audited for compliance and quality.
- Take 16x 30-minute Zoom calls per day—only inbound; booked via Typeform application.
- Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses.
- Must keep all calls on time, maintain camera-on and full professionalism.
- Full remote role—work professionally from anywhere, with a Voice-over-IP / Zoom enabled setup.

Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable using SMS platforms.
- Proficient with reporting and CRM updates (after each call).
Training & Commitment:
- Attendance at daily morning training mandatory.

Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of sales experience
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or branding.
- Background in high-ticket sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- Experience as an Account Executive, Inbound Sales Representative, or Entrepreneur/Founder.
