Inbound Sales Specialist (warm leads, no cold calling!)

Northampton (Hybrid after probation)

c£30,000+ Commission

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs and turning enquiries into long-term business partnerships?

If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and thrive on providing solutions rather than hard selling, this could be the perfect next step.

We're recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning and growing business that has built an outstanding reputation within its sector. Due to continued success, they're looking for a Sales Executive to join their team and play a key role in converting warm inbound opportunities into loyal, long-term customers.

This isn't a cold-calling role. You'll be working with a steady flow of inbound enquiries, providing product quotations, advising customers on the best solutions for their needs, and managing the sales process through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
