Technical Support Advisor – Customer Experience Focus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers with confidence and care: You’ll listen carefully to understand each customer’s needs and guide them to effective technical solutions in a clear, reassuring way.
- Creating positive customer experiences: By showing empathy, patience and understanding, you’ll help customers feel heard, supported and valued.
- Identifying helpful product options: Where appropriate, you’ll suggest relevant upgrades or services that genuinely benefit the customer, passing warm leads to our sales team.
- Working as part of a supportive team: You’ll collaborate with colleagues and team leaders who are focused on shared success, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

What’s in it for you?
Pay & hours
- Permanent 40‑hour contract
- Convenient location, at Horsefield Way, Bredbury Industrial Estate, SK6
- 5 days out of 7, between 8am–9pm
- £26,520 annual salary
- Bonus opportunity of up to £250 per month, plus uncapped bonus from successful lead generation
