Our international client is seeking an experienced Inbound/Outbound Operations Associate to join their team for 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
  • Receive stock into systems
  • Outbound stock back to fulfilment centres into the systems once the product has been imaged
  • Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
  • Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
  • Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
  • Maintain an organised and clean working area, ensuring the studio spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
  • Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.

  • Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods
  • Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently
  • Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organise equipment

9 Months
