Incentives Lawyer

We are partnering with a leading professional services and consulting firm that is looking to recruit an Incentives Lawyer (0–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Reward team based in either London or Manchester. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a broad range of private and listed companies, advising on the design, implementation, and operation of employee incentive arrangements that help businesses attract, retain, and motivate key talent. The team advises on a wide variety of legal and tax issues relating to share plans and incentive arrangements, providing commercially focused advice to clients across multiple sectors. The Role You will play an integral role in advising clients on: Employee share plans and incentive arrangements Tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged share schemes Company law considerations relating to incentive plans Corporate governance requirements Employment and regulatory aspects of reward structures The design and implementation of share option and equity incentive arrangements Ongoing operation and compliance of employee incentive plans Working closely with clients, you will be involved in delivering practical and strategic advice, helping organisations develop reward structures that align with their commercial objectives. About You Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with between 0 and 4 years' PQE who have gained exposure to employee incentives, share schemes, executive remuneration, corporate tax, or related areas. You will ideally possess: Strong technical and analytical skills An interest in employee incentives and reward matters Excellent communication and client-facing abilities A commercial and solutions-focused approach The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Why Consider This Opportunity?
