Incentives Lawyer (NQ–4 PQE) - London | Hybrid Working
c£110k + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a junior lawyer looking to build your career in one of the most exciting and specialist areas of corporate law?
Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to recruit an Incentives Lawyer (NQ–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Share Plans & Incentives team.
Working with an impressive client portfolio, ranging from FTSE 100 companies and multinational organisations, to high-growth businesses and start-ups, you'll advise on innovative employee incentive arrangements that help organisations attract, motivate and retain their employees.
This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in a growing area of law while working alongside recognised experts in the field.
What you'll be involved in:
- Advising on the design and implementation of employee share plans and equity incentive arrangements
- Drafting share plan rules, agreements and supporting documentation
- Advising on the tax, corporate and governance aspects of incentive arrangements
- Supporting corporate transactions including M&A, takeovers and IPOs
- Advising on employee benefit trusts and executive remuneration matters
- Working closely with Corporate, Employment and Tax teams on multidisciplinary projects
- Contributing to thought leadership and keeping clients up to date with developments in executive reward and corporate governance

About You
You'll be a qualified solicitor with (up to 4 years' PQE) and experience in employee incentives, share schemes, corporate law, tax or executive remuneration (those about to qualify who have completed a seat in Incentives will also be considered).
