Job Description

Join evoke plc as an Incident & Business Resilience Manager and help shape the resilience of a leading organisation.

Reporting into the Enterprise Risk Management team, you'll take ownership of the Incident Management capability, leading the response to major incidents, driving root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and providing meaningful insights through trend analysis and executive reporting.

You'll also support the ongoing development of our Business Continuity Management framework, ensuring continuity plans are maintained, tested, and effective in protecting critical business operations and supporting long-term resilience.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the coordination and resolution of major incidents, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder management and timely communications
  • Chairing major incident calls and coordinating cross-functional teams to minimise business disruption and restore services efficiently
  • Managing incident escalation processes in line with organisational governance and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting post-incident reviews, performing root cause analysis and driving remediation activities through to completion
  • Owning and continuously enhancing the Incident Management framework, processes, controls and reporting capabilities
  • Analysing incident data, trends and risk indicators to identify recurring issues, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Producing executive dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership, Executive Committees and Risk Committees
  • Supporting Business Continuity and Operational Resilience activities, including maintaining continuity frameworks, coordinating testing exercises and promoting resilience best practices across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
