Inclusion Support Assistant | Southwark | September

Are you passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every young person has the opportunity to succeed? This Inclusion Support Assistant opportunity in Southwark offers the chance to join a successful secondary school committed to ensuring all pupils receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.

Working alongside the SENDCo and Inclusion Team, the successful Inclusion Support Assistant will support pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they can fully access learning while developing confidence and independence.

This role provides excellent preparation for careers in teaching, SEND, Educational Psychology or pastoral leadership.

Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week

  • Supporting pupils throughout the school day

The successful Inclusion Support Assistant will:

  • Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree
  • Have a genuine passion for inclusive education
  • Be organised, patient and adaptable
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Aspire towards a career within education or SEND
