Stirling Inclusion Support Service is a specialist service that works closely
with schools, partners and families to improve outcomes for children and young
people who present with social, emotional and behavioural needs. The Service
consists of a multi-disciplinary team that provides outreach support to schools
and has three bases that offers a more intensive level of support for a small
number of children and young people who require this.
The Service promotes the importance of positive relationships and a trauma
informed and rights based approach, providing a nurturing and inspiring learning
environment where children and young people can develop confidence, make
informed decisions and achieve their full potential. We are looking to appoint
an Inclusion Support Worker who is passionate about inclusion and equity to work
with our children and young people in outreach and in our bases.
The successful applicant will support and inspire our learners to achieve the
best possible outcomes through the development and delivery of innovative
sessions based on the needs of the children and young people and in conjunction

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
