Priors Field Primary School

Priors Field is a thriving, family-centred primary school in the heart of Kenilworth, where children are known, valued, and encouraged to flourish. We are proud of our warm and nurturing ethos, our beautiful learning environment, and our commitment to ensuring that every child feels happy, successful, and ready for life.

An Exciting Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic and highly supportive team. Opportunities to join the Priors Field staff team are rare, and we are looking for someone who shares our belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and genuine care help children achieve their very best.

Working alongside class teachers and our inclusion team, you will support children across the classroom, in small groups, and through targeted one-to-one support. A key aspect of the role will involve supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and experience success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
