Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours per week (9.00am – 3.30pm)

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Millbrook Primary School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work within our KS1 or KS2 team, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, including those who may have experienced trauma. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to children’s wellbeing, resilience and access to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to pupils to enable full access to learning experiences, with a strong focus on emotional regulation and engagement. Support pupils in developing positive relationships, self-esteem and resilience. Implement individual education and support plans, including EHCPs and personalised provision, in collaboration with the class teacher and SENDCo. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
