Goals Beyond Grass is looking for a reliable, friendly and practical person to help deliver our Inclusive Cycling programme.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people from all walks of life and making a real difference in their local community. You'll be leading sessions when our Inclusive Cycling Delivery Lead, Mary Clare, is unavailable, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

No two sessions are the same, but every session helps people with additional needs experience the freedom and enjoyment that cycling can bring.

What the role involves

Gloucester Athletics Track & Forest of Dean Cycle Centre

Your day will typically include:

  • Collecting the session keys from the Goals Beyond Grass office.
  • Driving to the venue.
  • Unloading adapted bikes and equipment from the van or storage container.
  • Setting up the cycling area ready for participants.
  • Welcoming cyclists and collecting session payments.
  • Helping participants safely on and off the bikes.
  • Supporting volunteers and ensuring everyone enjoys their session.
  • Packing away bikes and equipment at the end of the session.
  • Returning any money collected to the office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
