With a flexible and resilient approach, you’ll take ownership of cases, build positive relationships with residents and partners, and support the delivery of an effective income management service.

What You’ll Do
- Support the management of rent accounts
- Help to monitor arrears, set up repayment plans, and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Work closely with colleagues and external agencies
- Handle a range of enquiries, provide support to residents, and take appropriate action to recover income
- Play a key role in maintaining data accuracy
- Support tenancy changes
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality service that meets organisational standards and customer needs
