We are looking for an Income Locality Manager to join us to shape and drive our income management strategy. The Income Locality Manager will lead on transformational change initiatives and provide data-led insights to positively impact the future of our income service.

Key Responsibilities
As Income Locality Manager, your role will focus on the following critical areas:
- Leadership & Change Management
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the income management service.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Service and fellow Income Locality Managers.
- Develop and implement innovative transformational change initiatives to align with government policies, welfare reforms, and the rising cost of living.

High-Performance Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams to create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop clear and consistent income performance frameworks to drive accountability.
- Strengthen arrears management and improve customer outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data, audits, and performance insights to ensure rent accounts are managed effectively and in line with policy and procedure.
- Develop and maintain meaningful performance measures and reporting processes.
- Identify trends, improve compliance, and enhance service delivery based on analytical findings.
This is a home-based role, though office visits to our Worcester and Birmingham locations will be required.
Essential Requirements
The following skills and experiences are required:
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ideally within an income management-related role.
- Experience introducing new or improved services, ensuring they meet business and quality standards.
- Proficiency in managing performance indicators and meeting measurable outcomes.
- Commitment to customer involvement and resolving customer concerns.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office applications, particularly in generating data insights to inform decision-making.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills—essential for collaborating across teams and engaging with external partners.
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use (if required).
- Completion of a Basic DBS Check (Crystal Clear required).
