The Opportunity: Lead Sales for Incydr™
You’ll play a pivotal role in our next-gen growth strategy. As the Incydr Sales Specialist, you'll spearhead the sales of Mimecast’s brand-new Insider Risk Protection solution, backed by the Code42 acquisition (2024). Teaming with Mimecast’s core sales leaders, you’ll shape enterprise contracts, accelerate deal cycles, and scale a strategically critical product.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Account Growth
- Develop and expand relationships: Build and nurture accounts, adapting strategies to Mimecast’s resources and best practices.
- Position Incydr™ with security leaders: Engage CISOs, IT leaders, and compliance professionals via tailored presentations and ROI-focused storytelling.
- Collaborate with FSIs: Work cross-functionally with business development and program teams to align with their scaling models.
Process & Performance Mastery
- Salesforce expertise: Maintain pristine CRM hygiene and run dynamic campaigns.
- Product advocacy: Deliver impactful Incydr™ demos, aligning value propositions with security risk priorities.
- Compliance: Uphold Mimecast’s privacy and security protocols during all sales activities.
What You’ll Bring
Proven Expertise
- SaaS Sales in Enterprise or Mid-Market: Track record of closing complex deals and driving measurable revenue.
- Cybersecurity & Risk Specialization: Deep understanding of insider threats, data loss prevention, and enterprise security challenges.
- Sales Success: Excelling at subscription sales, target-beating quotas (preferably with C-suite engagements).
