As part of our international expansion, we are building a global network of experienced and ambitious Independent B2B Tourism Sales Representatives.
We are looking for qualified professionals based in different countries who can represent Caption Tour Services within their local travel markets, develop relationships with travel agencies and tour operators, and generate confirmed and repeat travel business to Egypt.
Applications are welcome from professionals worldwide. Each selected representative will be responsible for developing business within the country or regional market where they are based.
This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity based on commission. It is not a fixed-salary position during the initial cooperation period.
Main Objective
The representative’s main objective will be to establish long-term B2B partnerships with travel companies capable of sending individual travellers, families, groups and repeat bookings to Egypt.
We are not looking for individuals who only provide contact lists. We are looking for professional business developers who can manage the complete sales process, from identifying qualified companies to arranging meetings, following up, supporting negotiations and generating confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify qualified travel agencies, tour operators, travel advisors, group organisers, MICE companies and other travel businesses within the representative’s local market.
- Research companies that currently sell Egypt or have the potential to add Egypt to their product portfolio.
- Contact company owners, product managers, contracting managers, sales directors and other decision-makers.
- Introduce Caption Tour Services as a reliable local DMC and ground-handling partner in Egypt.
- Present our travel products, operational capabilities and B2B services.
- Arrange and conduct online meetings, sales presentations and commercial discussions.
- Understand the partner’s target audience, travel requirements and product interests.
- Coordinate quotations, programmes and commercial proposals with our team in Egypt.
- Support negotiations while ensuring that final prices and contractual terms are approved by Caption Tour Services.
- Follow up consistently until cooperation agreements and confirmed bookings are achieved.
- Generate repeat and back-to-back travel business to Egypt.
- Maintain accurate records of contacted companies, meetings, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates about market demand, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Protect the professional reputation and commercial interests of Caption Tour Services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
