We are looking for a commercially driven hospitality professional with strong industry connections and a passion for premium tabletop solutions.
As our Independent Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our UK Sales team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our European Sales Team and all our departments based in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and facilitate new business opportunities within the UK hospitality and foodservice sectors.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, hospitality operators, and industry partners.
- Introduce potential customers, distributors, consultants, and commercial partners to RAK Porcelain.
- Support brand visibility through attendance at trade fairs, networking events, and industry-related activities.
- Provide market insights, commercial feedback, and strategic observations on customer expectations, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Share relevant market intelligence to support commercial decision-making.
- Coordinate commercially with designated contacts within RAK Porcelain Europe S.A. where appropriate.
- Identify and recommend external commercial resources, agents, consultants, distributors, and market support partners.
- Participate, when requested, in discussions relating to commercial resource evaluation, onboarding support, and UK market development in a non-binding advisory capacity.

Consultancy Status
This is an independent consultancy assignment and not an employment position.
The successful consultant will:
- Operate as a self-employed independent professional.
- Be fully responsible for their own taxes, social security, insurance, and legal obligations.
- Organise their own working schedule, methods, and business activities with complete autonomy.
- Not be subject to employee policies, working hours, paid leave, or employment benefits.
- Be free to undertake other business activities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in the hotel or catering industry.
- Ideally completed studies or completed commercial training.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge in MS Office and working with a CRM.
- Valid driving licence.
