About ccha
ccha is a high quality, proactive, and passionate community-based housing association. We own and manage over 1,500 homes across four London Boroughs: Croydon, Bromley, Merton, and Sutton. Our aim is to build more social housing properties for the benefit of our communities, supported by a development company that undertakes for-profit sales to achieve this.
We have a committed team of 65 staff who go beyond the bricks and mortar, providing specialist money and welfare advice, digital inclusion, and employment programs to improve the lives of our residents.
Role Overview
We are seeking two Independent Committee Members to join our Development and Assets and Audit and Risk Committees. These roles will help us maintain a good balance of skills and experience across our Board and Committees as existing members reach the end of their tenure. Successful candidates might come from a range of employment sectors but will be prepared to bring a commitment to help solve the housing crisis in the communities we serve, to make a real contribution to ccha, and to help us live up to our vision of "Delivering on our Promises" and CARE values. We are particularly interested in people with backgrounds in residential development, assets, commercial, community services (customer perspective), and risk and assurance.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
