Overview

Flexible Worker Contract

Location: Remote (West Midlands or Southwest or Southeast)

About the role

We are looking for an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) with a background in Facilities Management or Facilities Services, who is passionate about developing others to deliver high-quality End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprenticeship standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a facilities manager, or industry professional to use their expertise to support apprentices to successfully complete their qualifications.

As an End Point Assessor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring apprentices meet occupational standards, applying your professional judgement to assess competence and performance.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Delivering End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative standard
  • Assess apprentices using a range of methods including observation, professional discussion, and review of evidence
  • Provide clear, accurate and constructive feedback and grading decisions
  • Use EPA platforms and systems to manage and record assessment activity
  • Participate in standardisation and quality assurance activities
  • Engage with training providers, employers and apprentices

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or working towards
  • Experience in Facilities management, Facilities Services, or related environments
  • Knowledge of areas such as maintenance, front of house / reception services, portering and logistics, post room operations
  • Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
  • The flexibility to travel for face-to-face assessments when required
  • Excellent IT skills using platforms such as Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
