Financial Adviser – Balsall Common – Office Based

£40,000 – £55,000 + Employed Role + Full Administrative Support + Career Development + Chartered Support + Established Client Relationships

The Role

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with an established portfolio of clients
  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection, tax and estate planning
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing financial advice
  • Support the growth and retention of Funds Under Management (FUM)
  • Work collaboratively with administration, investment and compliance teams
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant advice tailored to individual client objectives
  • Build trusted relationships through exceptional levels of client service

The Person

  • Experienced Financial Adviser with a proven track record of providing holistic advice
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
  • Chartered Financial Planner or committed to achieving Chartered status
  • Strong relationship management and client retention skills
  • Experience managing ongoing client portfolios and growing Funds Under Management
  • Professional, client-focused and committed to delivering excellent outcomes
  • Comfortable working within a collaborative office-based environment
