Job Title: Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)

Location: Hampshire (Occasional need to travel to Fareham for meetings and client visits)
Salary: £40,000 to £75,000 (+ Bonus & Commission)

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with clients and gather necessary information to provide suitable advice.
  • Analyse client information accurately to offer appropriate recommendations.
  • Present advice clearly, explaining charges, fees, and disadvantages.
  • Complete documentation thoroughly and adhere to company processes.
  • Maintain client records and develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and product providers.

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Transferrable client bank of circa £10M AUM+
  • Knowledge of the financial planning market, including products and services.
  • Working knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and promote a team spirit.
