We’re looking for an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) who shares our commitment to putting clients first. You’ll have the freedom to work with the whole of the market, supported by a team who will take care of the admin, compliance, and research, leaving you to focus on doing what you do best – helping clients make confident financial decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs, objectives, and risk appetite.
- Providing clear, compliant, and tailored financial advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection, and tax-efficient strategies.
- Conducting in-depth market research to recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
- Maintaining strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and regular communication.
- Staying on top of industry and regulatory changes to ensure advice remains relevant and compliant.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) – Chartered status a bonus.
- Solid experience as an IFA or Financial Adviser in the UK market.
- Up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to build rapport quickly and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own diary.
