Financial Planner

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Planner to join its growing team in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys developing new client relationships and wants to be part of a business with a strong reputation, excellent market presence, and a collaborative culture. You'll have the freedom to build your own client base while being supported by an experienced paraplanning, administration, and compliance team.

The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality, holistic financial planning and is committed to providing clients with tailored, long-term advice.

The Role

As a Financial Planner, you will:

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
  • Build and develop your own portfolio of clients through networking, professional connections, and business development.
  • Create and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional service.
  • Work closely with an experienced paraplanning and client support team, allowing you to focus on advising clients.
  • Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or Financial Planner.
  • A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning.
  • A proactive approach to business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
