Independent Financial Adviser | Existing Client Bank | Unlimited Pre-Qualified Leads

£50,000 - £75,000 Basic | £70,000 - £90,000+ OTE Year One

Epsom | Surrey

Stop Hunting for Clients. Start Looking After Them.

Imagine joining a firm where you're handed an established, revenue-producing client bank from day one and every new enquiry that lands on your desk has already decided they want financial advice.

  • No cold calling.
  • No networking breakfasts.
  • No buying leads.
  • No chasing introducers.

Just quality clients who genuinely want your advice.

If you're a personable, charismatic Financial Adviser who thrives on building relationships rather than chasing sales targets, this could be one of the best opportunities you'll see this year.

Why This Role Is Different

This independent financial planning firm has built something most advisory businesses can only dream of.

  • Not only will you inherit an active, income-generating client portfolio, you'll also receive a continual flow of pre-qualified new clients through an exclusive lead source.
  • These aren't internet enquiries or purchased leads - they're individuals who are, in many cases, contractually committed to taking financial advice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • You'll be technically strong, but equally important is your personality.
  • The successful adviser will be naturally engaging, confident, personable and able to build rapport with clients from all walks of life.

You'll ideally have:

  • Diploma Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
  • At least three years' experience as a client-facing Financial Adviser.
  • Strong communication skills with plenty of character and charisma.
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach to financial planning.
  • The desire to build long-term client relationships rather than simply complete transactions.
  • Ability to commute to the Epsom office, as this is predominantly office-based.

If You're Ready To Spend More Time Advising And Less Time Prospecting...

Opportunities where you're given both an established client bank and an endless stream of pre-qualified new clients are exceptionally rare.

If you're looking for a role where your success is determined by the quality of your advice—not your ability to generate leads—we'd love to hear from you.
