- London
- South
- South East
- Wales

Compass also offers applicants the opportunity to complete a Fast Track Assessment. This robust assessment process is delivered within a shorter timeframe using a blended approach of virtual and face-to-face visits.
About You
You will hold a recognised Social Work qualification together with current Social Work England registration.
You will have experience of undertaking assessments of prospective foster carers and possess a strong understanding of fostering regulations, childcare legislation and safeguarding practices.
You Will Be Able To Demonstrate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong assessment and analytical skills
- The ability to manage your workload independently
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
- A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people

£2,250 per completed assessment.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Social Work Qualification
- Current Social Work England Registration
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' Social Work experience
- Experience undertaking fostering assessments
Other Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Ability to travel within your designated region
