We are currently looking for a motivated Independent Game Developer to help expand our client base and drive new business. If you are a self-starter who thrives on Hourly Rates, owns your schedule, and loves game development, this could be a great fit.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop 2D and/or 3D games from concept to release.
- Implement gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and core game systems.
- Develop and maintain game features using modern game engines.
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization across platforms.
- Integrate game assets, audio, animations, and third-party plugins or SDKs.
- Publish and maintain games on digital distribution platforms.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, sound engineers, and freelancers when required.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and development documentation.
- Continuously improve game quality based on player feedback and analytics.
- Research industry trends and apply innovative ideas to enhance gameplay experiences.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong passion for game development and interactive experiences.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of game design principles and player experience.
- Experience developing complete game projects from prototype to release.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
- A portfolio showcasing game development projects is highly preferred.

Mandatory Tool Skills
- Unity Game Engine.
- Unreal Engine or Godot Engine (preferred).
- C# programming language.
- Basic knowledge of C++ or GDScript.
- Git and Git-based version control platforms.
- Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- Game debugging and profiling tools.
- Asset integration and animation workflows.
- Cross-platform game build and deployment processes.
- Basic knowledge of game publishing platforms (Steam, Google Play, or App Store).
- Experience with game testing and performance optimization techniques.
