About The Role
RGB Recruitment is seeking an Independent Living Cleaner based in Alton, offering £13.45 per hour on a full-time, permanent contract. This role focuses on maintaining communal areas within Independent Living schemes to a high standard, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. Duties include performing thorough cleaning, fostering positive customer relationships, using straightforward technology to record completed tasks, and reporting any maintenance concerns to keep operations running efficiently. The working pattern is Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, along with a friendly, reliable approach. This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent daytime hours in a community-focused setting.

💷 Up to £17,485 per annum (£25,877.80 FTE, depending on experience)
🕒 25 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–1:00pm

What We're Looking For
- ✅ Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- ✅ Friendly, reliable and takes pride in their work
- ✅ Good communication and customer service skills
- ✅ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
