Imagine this…

A person has just moved into West Farm after months of instability. They’re unsure, maybe guarded, but you start by cooking a simple meal together. Over time, you help them learn to budget, manage a tenancy, and rebuild confidence. You’re not just teaching skills, you’re helping someone believe they can thrive independently, while knowing they’ve got someone they can trust walking alongside them.

The opportunity

We have two roles available offering weekend working: one role working Saturday & Sunday 7.30am > 3.30pm. The second role working Saturday & Sunday 1pm > 9pm.

As an Independent Living Skills Coach, you’ll walk alongside them, helping them cook a meal, budget for bills, apply for college, or simply believe in themselves again.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a coach and keyworker, co-creating 'My Journey' plans with young people. Build supportive relationships rooted in trust and respect. Deliver life skills sessions, activities and accredited programmes. Support young people before, during, and after they move on to independence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
