With ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our Clinical team to extend our first-class support to more patients, providing them with the tools they need to live life to the fullest. As an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with Curaleaf Clinic, you will play a key role in enabling patients to achieve their optimum level of health and independence, while consistently delivering an exemplary standard of care.

This role offers flexibility to suit how you want to work: full-time, based in Sunderland with site presence 2-3 days per week; and fully remote (UK).

About The Role

In this role, you will support patients throughout their Curaleaf journey, from their initial enquiry through to ongoing evaluation and management of their treatment. You will conduct video review appointments following Consultant initiation and ensure treatment plans are delivered safely and effectively, in line with clinical protocols and organisational policies.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering an effective, patient-focused clinical service
  • Evaluating, organising, and prioritising workload effectively
  • Advising and supporting a defined caseload, while providing guidance to colleagues when required
  • Managing patient follow-ups and resolving issues in a proactive, professional manner, using escalation processes where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Attending and contributing to Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings
  • Providing patients and carers with clear, accessible written information regarding their treatment
  • Offering clinical advice to healthcare professionals on the management of patients using cannabis-based medicinal treatments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
