Independent Sales Consultant – Engineering & Additive Manufacturing (Commission Only)

Company: 3D Tact Ltd

Location: Remote (UK)

Job Type: Self-employed | Flexible Hours | Commission Only

About 3D Tact Ltd

3D Tact Ltd is a UK engineering and advanced manufacturing company specialising in CNC machining, metal manufacturing, polymer 3D printing, CAD design, reverse engineering and product development. We work with manufacturers, start-ups, universities, research organisations and businesses across multiple industries, helping them turn ideas into high-quality engineered products.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated sales professionals to introduce new manufacturing projects to our business.

The Opportunity

This is not a salaried position. It is a commission-only opportunity designed for self-motivated individuals who enjoy building business relationships and generating new opportunities.

  • You'll identify companies that require engineering or manufacturing services, introduce them to 3D Tact Ltd, and earn commission on every successful project.
  • There are no fixed working hours, sales targets or geographical restrictions. You decide how much time you invest and your earnings reflect the value of the projects you bring.
  • This opportunity works well alongside another job, consultancy or business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
