BD SELECT An HR consultancy established in 2001, active in 30+ countries, is expanding in the UK. We are seeking self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to promote our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.
A Real Opportunity – No Investment Required

About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Approach companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and coaches focused on hiring and talent development
- Provide a free demo—assessing one candidate across three of our tests—to showcase value
- Help convert interested clients by setting them up and nurturing relationships to grow their account over time
- Work remotely, fully time-flexible

Potential First-Year Earnings
- Between £14,000–£30,000, depending on hours invested (from part-time to full-time)
- Long-term earnings can exceed this bracket with greater commitment

Compensation
- Self-employed (no fixed salary)
