- Generate leads
- Engage prospects
- Close deals

Role Overview
This fully commission-based, independent contractor role is ideal for confident sales professionals skilled in securing business opportunities and converting prospects into paying clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Finding and sourcing new leads
- Outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social platforms, or referrals
- Presenting company services professionally
- Following up and negotiating contracts
- Closing deals and collecting payments
- Transferring paid clients to the internal delivery team

Responsibilities
- Generate and source new business opportunities
- Prospect businesses, startups, organizations, and individuals
- Engagement via calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social platforms, or referrals
- Professionally present company services
- Build and maintain prospect relationships
- Negotiate and close deals
- Ensure complete payment collection
- Transfer paid clients to the internal delivery team
- Maintain clear communication on active deals
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Commission Structure
- 30% commission on every successfully closed, paid deal
- Commission only becomes payable after client payment is received & confirmed
- Payment period: one week after funds clear
- No salary, fixed monthly payment, or base wage
- Unlimited earning potential—directly tied to performance

Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in engaging with prospects and businesses
- Self-discipline in lead generation
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach
- Understanding of sales and basic CRM (client relationship management)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort with performance-based compensation
Bonus: Prior experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or closing digital services enhances eligibility—but strong ability and confidence are decisive.

- Compensation is strictly commission-based
