4SAND Industries Corporation is an international holding company focused on developing high-impact ventures across technology, entertainment, investment, healthcare, and sustainability.
Our R69 Division is producing one of the most ambitious international music and live entertainment projects currently in development, combining live events, strategic brand partnerships, digital media, and global fan engagement across the United States and Europe.
We are building a network of elite commercial professionals capable of opening doors to world-class brands and creating long-term sponsorship partnerships.
Role Description
We are seeking Independent Sponsorship Representatives across the United States and Europe to secure sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities for the R69 International Tour.
This is an independent contractor, commission-only position designed for experienced business development professionals with established corporate relationships.

You will identify prospective sponsors, develop relationships with decision-makers, present sponsorship opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and help close partnerships with regional and international brands.
Representatives receive professional marketing materials, sponsorship packages, account protection, and direct support from the executive team throughout the sales process.
Compensation
- Up to 20% commission on sponsorship revenue personally originated, negotiated, and successfully collected.
- No salary.
- No retainer.
- Unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, rights holders, marketing executives, or corporate decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship, branding, marketing, and partnership strategy.
- Comfortable meeting with senior executives and representing R69 and 4SAND Industries professionally.
- Experience in sports, music, entertainment, live events, media, luxury, automotive, beverage, technology, telecommunications, tourism, or financial services is highly desirable.
- English proficiency required. Additional European languages are a significant advantage.
