About the Role
We are seeking driven, knowledgeable, and service-focused professionals to join our distinguished network of affordable luxury travel consultants. As an independent agent, you will enjoy the freedom to cultivate your own clientele and design bespoke luxury travel experiences, while benefiting from the strength of established resources, and reputation of reputable ATOL protected luxury travel brand.
In this role, you will curate exceptional itineraries, deliver impeccable end-to-end service, and ensure every journey reflects the highest standards of quality and care. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating seamless, memorable travel experiences for our discerning clients.
You will be contracted directly to a leading luxury travel agency, whilst working remotely.
Requirements
Client Consultation
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Provide expert advice on luxury destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Itinerary Planning and Booking
- Design customized luxury travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and other services.
- Make reservations and bookings through various travel suppliers and booking systems.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all booking processes.

Experience
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a related sales or travel industry role.
- Established client base is desirable but not essential.
Skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Understanding of travel regulations and documentation requirements.
Personal Attributes
- Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
- Strong attention to detail.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, from initial enquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Handle client enquiries, requests, and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships and foster repeat business.

Sales and Marketing
- Proactively generate leads and build a strong client base.
- Promote luxury travel packages and services through various marketing channels, including social media and networking.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Industry Knowledge
- Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage client files and documentation, promptly and accurately.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely and promptly.
- Update and manage reports as necessary.
As you will be self-employed, you must be responsible for your own expenses and tax payments.
