We’re looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals who want to turn their love of travel into a rewarding and flexible career under the trusted umbrella of A&A Legacy Travel, an award-winning, ABTA & ATOL-protected independent travel agency operating online and proudly part of the Hays Travel Independence Group.
This is an opportunity to represent a tailor-made, family-driven travel brand backed by respected suppliers, specialist training, and a structure that balances independence with full professional support.

- A&A Legacy Travel is recruiting independent travel consultants to operate under our ABTA & ATOL-protected framework

- A&A Legacy Travel is a fully licensed, award-winning travel agency
- This is not MLM, referral marketing, or a pyramid structure
- All consultants work within a professional, regulated environment using approved systems and supplier platforms

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture your own client base (family, friends, referrals, social media, etc.)
- Research, plan, and create tailor-made holidays worldwide with a strong focus on quality and detail
- Provide excellent customer service from first quote to welcome-home
- Work within A&A Legacy Travel’s compliance framework (ABTA, ATOL, GDPR)
Who You Are
- Based in the UK with the legal right to work
- Passionate about travel and meaningful experiences
- Organised, proactive, and digitally confident
- Experienced in travel or hospitality — or well-travelled personally
- A strong communicator, motivated to learn and grow
- Mums, career-changers, and those returning to work are very welcome

Commission & Structure
This is a 100% commission-based, self-employed collaboration.
Commission Split
- 50 / 50 for beginners (full training included)
- 60 / 40 for consultants with prior industry experience (full training included)
- 70 / 30 for experienced consultants with a strong track record (full training included)

Experienced consultants may start at 60/40 or 70/30 depending on experience and review.
All payments are securely processed via Hays Travel. Consultants invoice monthly once supplier commissions are received.

- Start at 50 / 50 with full training
- Progress to 60 / 40 with consistent client growth
- Reach 70 / 30 as an established consultant - your long-term level
