Are you an organised and proactive coordinator with an interest in international engagement and partnerships?
The Global Engagement Office is seeking an India Engagement Coordinator to play a central role in coordinating the University's engagement with India. This role sits within a growing portfolio of partnerships and initiatives, supporting activity across a diverse and globally connected institution.
Working with colleagues across Cambridge and with external partners, you will help ensure that India-related activity is well-coordinated, clearly organised and delivered effectively, supporting the University's wider engagement objectives.
About The Role
This is a varied and fast-moving role at the centre of India-focused engagement activity. You will provide coordination and administrative support across a range of initiatives and partnerships, including priority programmes such as the Cambridge¿India Centre for Advanced Studies (CICAS).
You will support visits and events, prepare briefing materials, and maintain accurate records of activity. Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will help ensure that activity is tracked, connected and progressed in a timely and structured way, supporting reporting and coordination across the portfolio.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and supporting India-related initiatives and partnerships
- Providing administrative support for priority programmes, including CICAS
- Supporting visits, events and delegations
- Preparing briefing materials and maintaining records
- Tracking progress and following up on actions
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the University and external partners
We're Looking For Someone Who Has/is
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and structured approach to work
- Experience supporting projects or programmes in a complex organisation
- Educated to degree level / Level 6 vocational qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Indian higher education, research and/or innovation landscape
