Job Description
This is a functional role focused on supporting procurement operations and supplier management. You will work closely with the Procurement Lead to manage commercial controls including Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), invoice reconciliation, and Goods Receipt (GR) processes. The role also involves reporting, system usage, and coordination across teams.

- Support procurement processes including SOW creation, PO management, and invoice reconciliation to GR.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with commercial controls.
- Assist in supplier management and relationship building from senior stakeholders to field-level reps.
- Track and report training and commercial performance metrics.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for budget alignment and reconciliation.
- Use SAP, Icertis, and Coupa for procurement and reporting tasks.
- Support investment planning and pricing strategies for Beer & PABs.
- Help organize and support quarterly plans, kick-off meetings, and business reviews.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of procurement workflows and commercial controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Process-oriented with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, commercial operations, or CPG industry.
- Experience with SAP, Icertis, and Coupa is preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
