Indigenous Community Business Development Representative

About Prepare Medical

Prepare Medical (preparemedical.com) is Canada’s first physician-prescribed emergency medication supply provider. We equip individuals, families, and communities with physician-approved, ready-to-use emergency medical kits — designed to bridge critical gaps in access to care, especially in remote and underserved communities. Our kits are covered under the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, making them accessible to eligible First Nations, Métis, and Inuit community members across Canada.

About the Role

Prepare Medical is seeking a driven and community-connected Indigenous Community Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us expand access to NIHB-covered emergency medical kits across First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities in British Columbia. This is a meaningful, flexible contract role that combines relationship-building with purpose-driven work.

As our Indigenous Community Liaison and BDR, you will serve as a trusted bridge between Prepare Medical and the communities we serve — helping community members and health administrators understand how to access life-saving emergency medication supplies at no out-of-pocket cost through NIHB.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
