Portfolio Procurement have been engaged by our client with multiple household brands to recruit for an Indirect Buyer. The family-run business has grown to be a globally recognised brand who focus on sustainability, quality and being a responsible manufacturer.

The role:

As an Indirect Buyer, you will be working closely with stakeholders to help develop sourcing strategies across indirect spend, this will include sourcing and negotiating supplier agreements to ensure commercial value across the category. Ensure every procurement project is delivered efficiently and in line with Group Procurement standards.

Key Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities.
  • Understand business requirements and develop tender documentation.
  • Supplier selection.
  • Commercial negotiations.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful, you'll require previous procurement/buying experience in the indirect category and having managed sourcing projects.
