Overview

Are you a commercially driven Procurement professional looking to make a real impact across a diverse and business-critical services portfolio?

At apetito, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across key service categories (indirect) including HR Services, Business Support Services, Travel, and Utilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence both strategic and operational spend, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You will have a solid understanding of both the purchasing process (tender, negotiation, and award) and strategic sourcing (market data, supply chain, cost control).

Most importantly, you are able to work on your own initiative as well as being an integral part of a high performing team.

This role will require some travel, primarily to UK suppliers; however, this may be extended toward both European and international travel as required. A typical amount could be 2 days travel per month.

This role is based at our UK Head Office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Once you’re trained and able to work independently, you’ll have the option to work up to 2 days a week from home depending on operational commitments.

Who We Are

apetito is the UK’s leading food supplier to the health and social care sectors, serving more than 1,300 care homes, health care, and education settings.

Our meals are expertly crafted by our dieticians and chefs, and then frozen to lock in the goodness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
