Join our Group Procurement team, where you'll play a vital role in sourcing essential services across insurance, HR, and legal functions. This is your chance to make a real impact on TUI's operations while working with diverse stakeholders across our global business.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week and can be based at any of our head offices, giving you the flexibility to make a real impact on TUI's operations while working with diverse stakeholders across our global business.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll procure goods, materials, and services for TUI's corporate services, ensuring we meet operational needs while considering efficiencies, price, quality, and delivery.
  • Acting as the key interface between suppliers and stakeholders, you'll guide them through purchasing processes and policies while keeping communication flowing.
  • Your analytical skills will shine as you review costs, identify savings opportunities, and support Group-wide consolidation activities.
  • Negotiating contracts is where you'll make your mark, improving prices and terms while utilizing procurement best practice tools and methods.
  • Working closely with colleagues across Group Procurement, you'll spot opportunities for continuous improvement and business efficiencies.
  • You'll ensure our sustainability and environmental policies are embedded in everything we do, championing ethical and sustainable sourcing methods.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a solid understanding of sourcing fundamentals and the end-to-end sourcing process.
  • Confident stakeholder management comes naturally to you, and you're comfortable identifying, mapping, and aligning diverse requirements.
  • Your negotiation skills are well-honed, and you're at ease with the process of awarding suppliers and securing favorable terms.
  • Experience in ethical and sustainable sourcing is part of your toolkit, and you're passionate about corporate social responsibility.
  • You bring a positive attitude that contributes to an inclusive, collaborative culture and supports high performance.
  • Working knowledge of compliance, policies, procedures, and controls ensures you maintain professional and ethical supplier relationships.
