Procurement Category Manager – Store Design (12 Month FTC) 📍London (Hybrid) £65,000 + benefits
Our Client Our client is a globally recognised luxury consumer brand, renowned for innovation, creativity and exceptional customer experiences. With a presence in over 50 international markets, they continue to experience significant growth and are investing in their global procurement function to support ambitious expansion plans.
The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing procurement team, taking ownership of the global Store Design category. Reporting into the Global Procurement function, you will develop sourcing strategies, build strategic supplier partnerships and work with stakeholders across the UK, Europe, North America and APAC to deliver innovative retail environments. This role offers significant international exposure and the opportunity to influence the future of a rapidly growing global brand.

Responsibilities include
- Leading the global procurement strategy for the Store Design category, including permanent fixtures and retail environments
- Building strategic relationships with suppliers while leading sourcing activity and commercial negotiations
- Working closely with regional stakeholders across the UK, EMEA, US and APAC to deliver category strategies and sourcing projects
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities while improving supplier performance and supporting business growth
- Leading supplier tenders, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management activities
- Developing category insights through spend analysis, market intelligence and procurement best practice
- Supporting procurement transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the function
Required Experience
- Proven experience within indirect procurement, specifically managing the Store Design category, including retail fixtures, fittings and installations
- Experience developing and implementing category strategies across international markets
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business functions
- Strong analytical skills with experience using spend data to inform sourcing decisions
- Experience working within a fast-paced, global organisation
- Previous experience within the luxury retail, cosmetics or consumer goods sectors would be advantageous
